View your Earnings by tapping the earnings chart on the home screen or by tapping the 'My Earnings' link from the main menu.

Reviewing your daily earnings
To review earnings for a specific week/month/year:
- Tap the 'My Earnings' link from the main menu.
- Use the drop down arrow at the top of the earnings chart to change the date span between week, month, and year.
- Use the left and right arrows to view different weeks, months, or years.
- Scroll to see history for each day in the selected range.
- Tap on a specific ride to view details.
Ride details will show basic trip details and a breakdown of the ride earnings. You can see what you earned for your driving time and distance.

Earnings and income verification
Hitchhyke can’t verify income because drivers are classified as independent contractors (gig workers) and not employees.
Since drivers aren’t employees of the company, Hitchhyke can’t provide:
- Pay stubs
- Income verification
- Employment verification
Proof of earnings
If you need earnings info from previous weeks or months or years, you can use your earnings summaries.
To download PDFs of your Earnings summaries:
- In the driver app, go to your 'My Earnings' page
- Filter your earnings chart to match the week/month/year that you want a summary of.
- Tap the download icon in the top right corner on the screen.
- Tap ‘Download Earnings Summary’.
My rides aren't showing up
It may take up to 72 hours for rides to appear in your ride history.
Delays can be caused by:
- Poor connectivity during the ride.
- Routine ride reviews.
- Server processing times.
If you don’t see your ride after 72 hours, use the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website or the 'Support Request' button in the app. Please include the date and time you gave the ride.
