My driver's car photo doesn't match

Once you request a ride and you're paired with a driver, you'll see a photo of their vehicle in the app. The image in the app is an icon matching the make, model, and year of your driver's vehicle.

Note: Currently, we will always show a grey version of the driver's vehicle image. The actual color of the vehicle will be represented by a color swatch that appears beside the vehicle's image.

If your driver's vehicle is different from what's pictured in the app, cancel the ride. Let us know the specific vehicle differences and we'll investigate.

To report this type of issue in your app:

  1. Tap the 'My Trips' tab
  2. Select the trip from your ride history, tap 'Report an issue'
  3. Provide the details of the issue and submit

Please Note: There may be instances where we are not able generate an image of your driver's vehicle. In those scenarios, we will display a representative image of the vehicle's generic body type, e.g.
