Who can be a driver, and how do they sign-up?

Everyone's welcome to apply as a driver, so long as they meet our criteria and adhere to our driver policies.
We're excited to say that Hitchhyke is scheduled to launch in Jamaica in February 2024. At that time, we'll begin accepting applications for drivers.
For when we do launch, you can find exactly what you need to become a driver in this knowledge article: How to apply to become a driver.
In the meantime, we encourage you to fill out our survey at bit.ly/hykediscount and visit our website to join our waitlist for drivers. By doing so, you'll be at the front of the line when reviewing applications and be eligible for special discounts and promotions.
